Election Contest :
I contest the Municipal Corporation Election '2002 from Darya Ganj Constituency and loose with a narrow margin of 440 votes. Since 1951, Assembly and Metro Politan Elections, no other candidate has won from this constituency and the maximum number of candidate who faught from this constituency has their deposit forfeited. Since 1951, I am the first Congress Candidate who has got the maximum of 39 percent vote from this constituency. Earlier this constituency was named Darya Ganj which has been changed to Bazar Sita Ram, 21 Polling Booths of Ward No. 109 where I got maximum number of votes has been added to above new constituency.
Note : 16 Polling booths of ward no. 107 has been added to Bazar Sitaram constituency.
Award : College Crest, College Colour, Which is the best award of my life during the college days.
Father's Name : Shri Mahboob Ali Zia - Freedom Fighter. He got elected as Member of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee in 1941 Headed by Maulana Noor-Uddin Behari. Since then he was the office bearer in Congress Committee Since Last 56 years.
